Character Building Up For Big Assault On Grand National

Character Building trained by John Quinn and winner of the Kim Muir Chase at the Cheltenham Festival earlier this month is reported as being in great form at home. Quinn confirmed that his gelding had been trained specifically for the 2008 Grand National but that he had gone wrong at Cheltenham a month before the race and was withdrawn. This year there are no such fears and his win in the Kim Muir has put him spot on. He is likely to be ridden by Dougie Costello and he is currently 14-1 with Paddy Power for the race.
