106 runners left in the 2007 Aintree Grand National

There are 106 runners left in the 2007 Aintree Grand National following the first foreit stage and Exotic Dancer and 2005 winner Hedgehunter still head the weights on 11st 12lb.

Current favourite Nil Desperandum heads the betting as Venetia Williams 10-year-old was very impressive in Newcastle's Eider Chase at the end of last month and is now a general 10-1 chance with the leading online bookmakers.

Last year's winner Numbersixvalverde is also on the list as are well-supported possibles for the April 14 feature include Christy Roche's Far From Trouble, the Tony Martin-trained Dun Doire and David Pipe's Little Brick.
