The Troytown Chase is an excellent early season Grand National trial at Navan each season and it gives punters some nice early clues ahead of Aintree in the April, it has given us some nice winners in recent years while it is worth looking further down the field as well for potential National horses. It is a 3 mile race and with the weather not normally the best it does often turn into a stamina test for the horses, this is excellent form for the extra trip of the National so should be watched closely.
